Richard Alvord, CCI, is a full time professional home inspector trained by Inspection Training Associates (ITA), and a Certified CREIA Inspector (CCI) member and a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
He brings 24 years combined real estate sales, single-family residential, multifamily, commercial development, and rehabilitation experience. In addition to his extensive real estate background, Richard has owned and operated his own real estate development business, supervised the construction of office buildings, single use commercial buildings, strip shopping centers, single-family homes, condominium buildings and remodeled residential properties.
